Young Hygienist Award
The Draeger Safety Pacific Young Hygienist Award is aimed at young hygienists and applicants must be less than 40 years of age, working full time as an occupational hygienist and a financial full or provisional member of the AIOH.
It comprises travel to the BOHS Conference in the UK and Draeger's research & development facility in Germany and other industry and government institutions in the UK or Europe.
Professional Advancement Award
The Air-Met Scientific Award is aimed at young hygienists and applicants must be working full time as an occupational hygienist and a financial full or provisional member of the AIOH.
The award provides a selected applicant with the opportunity for professional development through attendance at the American Industrial Hygiene Conference and Exposition (AIHCE) and an invitation to travel, post-AIHCE, to SKC Inc in Pennsylvania and other industry and government institutions in USA and or Canada.
Post-Graduate Scholarship
The Active Environmental Solutions Scholarship provides generous support for AIOH members to develop their academic credentials in occupational hygiene. The aim is to develop the academic standing of members of the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists Inc. through postgraduate study in the contemporary academic system.
The scholarship will provide for attendance at an AIOH accredited post-graduate course majoring in occupational hygiene, or at an Australian based academic postgraduate course where the subject matter studied is principally occupational hygiene.
Innovation Award
The Innovation Award sponsored by Eurofins provides the opportunity for a member to develop, promote or implement innovation in an area of occupational hygiene that will benefit occupational hygiene practice and worker health. Applicants must be a Fellow, Full or Provisional member of the AIOH in good standing. The Award recipient will represent the AIOH at the highest levels of the profession at a geographic location (i.e. Australia or overseas) that has been approved for travel, to present and share the benefits of the innovation to improve worker health protection.
AIOH Conference Package Award
Sponsored by Industrial Scientific Australia Pty Ltd the AIOH Conference Package Award is designed to facilitate the attendance at the annual AIOH Conference of a "deserving" member of the Institute.
Best AIOH Conference Paper Award
The 3M Best Paper Award is given to the paper judged by the awards and sponsorship committee to be the best occupational hygiene paper submitted for the annual AIOH conference.
Best AIOH Conference Electronic Poster Award
Best AIOH Conference Electronic Poster Award is given to the electronic poster judged by the Awards Committee to be the best occupational hygiene electronic poster submitted for the AIOH Annual Conference.

SafeWork NSW Breathe Freely Mandarin Award
Approximately one-third of workers in the manufactured stone sector in NSW do not communicate in English. The most common language is Mandarin. This award aims to improve access to fit testing services by those who speak Mandarin through funding access to a RESP-FIT accredited training course.
