CEO of the Asbestos and Silica Safety and Eradication Agency, with over 24 years’ working across all regulatory functions of the QLD and NSW WHS safety regulators.
Jodie was the Executive Director, Work Health & Safety Engagement and Policy Services at the Office of Industrial Relations Queensland from 2020 to 2023 and held senior executive leadership roles across SafeWork NSW. As the Chair of the QLD Interagency Asbestos Group, a previous member on the Asbestos Safety and Eradication Council, and leading support for impacted families, Jodie is passionate about preventing asbestos-related diseases.
Jodie is an alumna of the Executive Fellows Program of the Australia and New Zealand School of Government, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Newcastle.
