I Need Hygienist….Now

Presenter(s): Jason Green, Dermot Crowley & Ann Rolfe

Communication of our “Urgent” Occupational Hygiene message in the Workplace (an insider’s guide) & how this is interlinked with Leadership & Mentoring.

Urgency and reactivity are massive problems in many workplaces. If left unchecked they lead to unproductive rework, increased stress levels and ultimately burnout for some workers. Good mentoring conversations draw out the mentee’s values, priorities, and aspirations. They create insight and self-awareness and enable candid explorations of strengths, challenges and opportunities for personal, professional and career development.
