The webinar will cover some of the new developments and some older concepts that are new to occupational health safety and hygiene that we can use when considering skin exposure in the workplace. Presenters: Dr Helen Taylor (Enviroderm, UK) Helen has grown up surrounded by knowledge of managing skin exposure in the working environment. She has a PhD in skin health surveillance research and a PgC in Occupational Health and Safety Management. She is a specialist member of the Faculty of Occupational Hygiene and is currently the BOHS topic lead for skin. She is a fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health and a member of the Royal Society of Biology, Society of Occupational Medicine, European Society of Contact Dermatitis, International Society of Biophysics and imaging of the Skin and Associate of IOSH. Her specialist knowledge in this sometimes very complex area of occupational health, safety and hygiene has prompted her to visit a wide variety of workplaces. Helen is also a specialist in skin measurements.
